We offer you free shipping on orders over $150.
We also offer free local pickup from New Lambton, NSW and free local delivery to select suburbs in Newcastle, NSW* (suburbs within a 5km radius of New Lambton, NSW). If you are local to Newcastle, NSW and you would prefer to pick up your order then please select this the LOCAL PICKUP option at checkout. We will then contact you to coordinate a convenient time for collection.
All orders are processed within 3 business days with shipping from Monday – Friday, unless otherwise noted on your product or communicated with you. Please note that this time frame may be longer during peak periods of November- December. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery time. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed to you upon shipment. We will always do our best to have your order arrive in time for a special event or date, however we cannot take responsibility for orders that arrive late due to postage service.
We currently ship via Australia Post and are conscious of the packaging used during the delivery process and therefore choose packing materials that are recycled or reused.
If you are local to Newcastle, NSW and you would prefer to pick up your order then please select this option at checkout. We offer local pickup from our home studio in New Lambton, NSW. You will receive a text/email update once your order is ready for collection.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. We will happily offer a store credit for change of mind purchases up until 6 months after the original purchase date, however original items must be returned in an unused condition and posted back to us at the buyer's expense.
If items are faulty then we ask you to please contact us immediately and we will take every attempt to remedy the situation with you. We may request photos to be sent to us of the faulty items and the return of these items to us. If found to be faulty by us then the customer will be refunded the purchase amount and return postage fees.
Whilst we have the safety interests of children in mind at all times, some of our products do contain small parts and may be a choking hazard. As such we recommend that our products are NOT suitable for children under 3 years of age or for older children who chew/mouth toys. Adult supervision is required at all times.
